Thoughtful yoga- in person class
I teach yoga as I learned it- first meditation, breathwork, then asanas (poses) adding sound meditation during a long restful savasana. Come join me for a unique, soothing practice.
The asana practice is slow and easy or as group energy requests. My goal is to connect you to your body, to stretch, calm, strengthen. The class is 1- 1.25 hr.
I'm offering the class on Monday at 6pm and Wednesday at noon.
