One of the last projects I helped with before moving was to help build the Pause and Drift room at 405 Wellness in Canton OH This sweet room with low lights, soft fabric walls and ceiling is intended to create a space where you might feel safe to rest, ground and breathe.
The room has now been completed and we're having an event there on Sept 10. Come join me to experience breath, sound and peace. The event is by donation but you must sign up as the group size is limited.
