Join me for an in-person breath work workshop. I will lead you on a healing, calming journey with several styles of conscious breathing. I'll be teaching and also playing healing sounds of bowls, gongs and rhythm. Class is at 6th Street Yoga, in 405 Wellness, 405 3rd St NE, Canton OH
Rescheduled to Sunday, Feb 12, 2-4pm at 6th Street Yoga. We'll stretch out, breath, and journey with the help of some high vibrational sound. Sound will support you wherever you are, unlike words which sometimes don't resonate.
