Coaching Hypnosis Classes
What is wellness? Wellness to me is that state when you feel your best. Factors that contribute to wellness include: diet, exercise, rest... body, mind, spirit... vitality!
Since I've been doing bodywork,I've seen time and time again that one technique (likemassage alone) is not generally a good solution to some client's issues. Clients looking to change a habit, overcome a fear or wishing to stay feeling relaxed physically seem to respond better when they are given choices as to a solution to their issue at hand. So, I began to study wellness and learned additional techniques that might help people towards their goals.
So in the wellness category, we can discuss changes you'd like to make in your life. If the massage feels great, but you still freak out when the kids start screaming, perhaps we can address additional techniques for you to stay calm. If you'd like to stop smoking, then hypnosis is helpful, but I will provide you with a list of many tools you can utilize to stop smoking... most which you follow-up on personally. Are you interested in how colors or how crystals can affect your mood or your well-being? In other words, I try to provide many options if you're seeking change in your life. I can't fix or change anything for you. I like to think I'm a resource for some healing techniques and some healing information. You take whatever action you might feel will be effective for you.
