I think I must be a perennial student. I love learning. So over the course of my life, I've studied a lot of interesting topics with many amazing teachers. I also seem to have come with a gift to teach. So... roll those 2 things together and I come up with "Let's teach some great classes!"

I began teaching in the 90's at the Colorado Free University in Denver. Since moving back to OH, I have taught at Akron University as part-time faculty. I've also offered courses through Jackson Schools and at various corporations. I'm now offering classes at my studio in downtown Canton.

I began studying "alternative therapies" when I was in my teens and was taught my first basic meditation practice. Over the years, I've continued to learn more about meditation and how it can affect the mind, body and spirit. I'm licensed as a massage therapist, certified as a hypnotist and an aromatherapist. I've attained the master/teacher level in reiki. I've explored an extraordinary array of ways to help your body find balance and health through bodywork, energywork, color, sound and song.

My goal now is to find ways to get this information to the most people. I'm doing it now by offering short, inexpensive classes hoping the most people will be able to join in the fun. The details of the classes are listed along the right side of this page or click here.
