Explore Meditation
not on the calendar now but let's set something up.
I've studied and practiced meditation for many years. I learned from practical experience that different meditative styles work for different people. And there are so many styles, surely there's one that will work easily for you.
This program is set up to be a recurring class. Every class we explore another aspect of meditation. For those new to meditation, it give you a chance to try different meditative styles to find one that works best for you. If you've meditated for years, you might learn something new to add to your practice. Or you're welcome to share your experience with the group. We close the class with a little kirtan chanting, my favorite meditative practice.
I can also make one presentation covering several major styles of meditation if that suits your needs.
Everyone can benefit from meditation. It's just important to find the method that suits your personality. Come join the fun.
